We are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst for our IT division based in Mississauga.
**Your Role**
The IT Service Desk Analyst position supports all staff in Kuehne+Nagel Canada with software and hardware problems as a member of the North American IT Service Desk team .
The IT Service Desk Analyst is the first point of contact for customers looking for technical assistance over the phone, email, or by ticket system. You will perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by internal and external customers.
You will report directly to the IT Supervisor for Canada. **Your Responsibilities** + Support all users software and hardware support demands as a member of the North American IT Service Desk team + Be the first level support for any IT related issues and provide basic support.
