Key Responsibilities
- Lead HQ IT service desk operations and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Monitor service level performance and provide regular operational reports.
- Supervise IT support staff and serve as the primary IT partner for Head Office departments.
- Oversee IT service delivery across OMMC depots and Mercury Battery retail locations.
- Ensure the availability and performance of site IT infrastructure, systems, and connectivity.
- Coordinate with site stakeholders to address operational IT requirements and issues.
- Manage IT support and infrastructure operations for BMI and BWI distribution centers.
- Ensure the availability of SAP connectivity and other critical business systems.
- Maintain reliable network, server, and end-user computing environments.
- Manage ISP and telecommunications service performance across all supported sites.
