Salary Range:$121,496 to $136,746 (pending experience) + Superannuation

Lead the delivery of reliable, customer-focused IT services across Townsville Catholic Education.

We're seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Coordinator to join our Information Technology and Services team. In this key leadership role, you'll coordinate the delivery of IT services across our network of schools and offices, ensuring incidents are resolved efficiently, priorities are managed effectively, and service levels are consistently achieved.

Working closely with technical teams and stakeholders across the organisation, you'll lead incident response activities, coordinate resources, oversee change management processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery....
