IT Service Delivery Analyst

You will deliver reliable first-line IT support, maintain a stable and secure infrastructure, and drive measurable improvements in IT service adoption across the business. This is a hands‑on, people‑facing role where your communication skills and technical expertise will make a direct impact every day.

• Provide first‑line support for hardware, software, and network issues (laptops, desktops, mobile phones, printers, and peripherals)
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, MS Office, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
• Manage and fulfill service requests through ITIL‑aligned service management processes
• Maintain IT asset records and documentation with high accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues and implement lasting fixes
