Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree - mandatory
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably IT.
• Results-orientated and committed to success.
• Ambition to make a difference.
• Valuing relationships and trust.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
