Job Description
Govern and optimize the Atlassian (Jira) platform as an enterprise portfolio tool, including usage standards, access, and data quality
Support and influence tool integrations and data flows between Jira and other platforms (hands-on development not required)
Define, analyze, and report on portfolio performance metrics and KPIs across delivery and operations
Identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and capacity signals across IT work
Translate data into clear narratives and insights for senior leaders
Support dashboards, analytics, and reporting solutions (e.g., Atlassian analytics, Power BI, Tableau)
What you must have:
Strong experience with the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira), including workflows, reporting, and governance as an adminstrator
