IT Project Manager/Scrum Master

Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead multiple initiatives supporting the upgrade of an asset management application and the expansion of CRM capabilities. This individual will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery across both projects, including coordinating the upgrade of the platform to its latest version, managing associated enhancements within the cloud environment, and ensuring continuity of business processes such as asset recovery, invoicing, and vendor-managed scrap metal workflows. The role will oversee the design, build, and implementation of CRM enhancements including new licenses, integrations with other internal systems, development of customer-facing forms, dashboards, and reports, as well as data migration and archival strategies.
