IT Project Manager

Finnair is looking for a Project Manager to join the Digital Transformation & Architecture team. In this role, you will lead digital and data‑driven transformation initiatives end‑to‑end – turning strategic investments into measurable business value across the company.

What you will do

• Deliver transformation initiatives that drive measurable business value.
• Drive business‑aligned planning, prioritization, and informed trade‑offs.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and external partners in a matrix environment.
• Ensure strong governance, transparent decision‑making, and effective Steering Group engagement.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and overall delivery quality.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Secure successful go‑lives, including operational readiness, business adoption, and value realization.
