About the Role

Join our Kraków team as a Project Manager, responsible for delivering IT and business projects within global digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on ERP integration stability and collaboration between IT and Finance teams.

Your responsibilities

* Manage projects through the full lifecycle (planning, execution, monitoring, closure).

* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and scope.

* Monitor progress and prepare stakeholder reports.

* Identify risks, define mitigation strategies, and resolve issues.

* Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure milestone delivery.

* Collaborate with IT and Finance on ERP integration and process improvements.
