Responsibilities
Manage phases of projects covering full development life cycle, which may include post implementation support or other specialist functions (e.g. Release Management, Testing). 
Accountable for project resources and stakeholders identification and manage them effectively through appropriate matrix management. 
Plan, organise and control projects in order to deliver quality business solutions within agreed timescales and budget.
