Project Manager — Third-Party Platform Migration & CRM (Freshsales)
Reporting to

Regional General Manager / PMO Lead
Purpose of the role

You’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of a major business platform change: migrating a new third-party business platform from a legacy system while implementing a new CRM (Freshsales). You’ll bring structure, pace, and governance—coordinating cross-functional teams and suppliers to land a clean transition into BAU.
What you’ll deliver (key outcomes)

Bus operating company booking system delivered end-to-end, aligned to agreed scope, quality standards, and governance.
Freshsales CRM implementation, from requirements through configuration, testing, and go-live.
Clear project controls: PID, integrated project plan, RAID logs, and resource plans that keep delivery transparent and predictable.
