Job Description

Newly created position for a Project Manager to work on the implementation of a new Loan Origination platform.
Due to the nature of the program, it is essential you have prior project experience in a similar domain - Mortgages, Lending, Loan Origination, Credit etc.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and delivery of complex IT projects, particularly core lending system builds or upgrades
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
Manage third-party vendors, technology partners, and internal development teams
Drive agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies across project lifecycles
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
Oversee system integrations (e.g. CRM, loan origination, credit decisioning tools)
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues
Ensure governance, reporting, and documentation standards are maintained
