Serve as the primary PMO Program Manager for APAC IT infrastructure deployment projects and ServiceNow SPM-based governance
•Own and maintain project governance frameworks ensuring all infrastructure deployments adhere to organizational standards and compliance requirements
• Manage demand pipeline and project portfolios within ServiceNow SPM; ensure data accuracy and integrity across all project records
