Apex Systems is hiring an IT Program Manager (AEM focus) for a large healthcare client.

Location: Pleasanton, California (Partially Remote)

Employment Type: 1 year contract possibility to extend or convert.

Role Overview

The Program Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and installation and integration of an Accelerated Experience Platform (AEP). This role ensures the program delivers measurable value, aligns with organizational priorities, and provides a consistent experience for all participants and stakeholders. The Program Manager drives cross-functional coordination, manages timelines and deliverables, and ensures the program operates with clarity, accountability, and strategic intent.

This role is partial remote to Pleasanton, CA - This candidate would also be leading the Program Increment (monthly team meetings) which would require presence at the Pleasanton Campus.<...
