Job Summary
The Procurement Specialist supports the client success team, the professional services team and client organizations directly through full-service quoting, procurement and inventory management which results in direct value.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quotes and process requisitions for hardware and software including sourcing, negotiation, ordering, receiving and distribution of equipment
Develop and sustain strong working relationships with team members, clients, and vendors
Manage client expectations through timely feedback and proactive communication with client and team members
Assist with tracking, recording, and auditing of products to ensure accurate client invoices
