IT Process Specialist

Overview

We are looking for an IT Process Specialist. This is a fixed‑term employment of six months from October 2026 on to manage ITSM processes across a multivendor environment as well as internal Outokumpu IT. The objective is to develop and drive continuous improvement and ensure we have required process support in place.

Key responsibilities

• Improve and implement IT processes including training (both internal and external teams) e.g. on-/offboarding of new vendors, product owners, service managers, development teams.
• Drive continual ITSM process improvement, maintain and execute the process development roadmap.
• Document both formal process descriptions and hands‑on how‑to guides.
• Act as an ambassador, promote global and harmonized ITSM processes.
