IT Process Design Specialist/Lead

JOB SUMMARY

• Ensures that business processes and all other related interfaces are comprehensively addressed and when necessary re‑engineered to better align with the needs of the business
• Serves as project manager for major IT projects requiring substantial & complex business process redesign

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and evaluate current business processes and systems: business objectives, policies and procedures, systems, tools and controls
• Perform internal IT quality assurance reviews for initial system implementation or major projects, perform change management
• Review, evaluate and design IT governance framework

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or any computer‑related course
• With at least 3 years of related experience as Business or Process Analyst/Lead and/or Data Analytics
