Job Description

How you will make an impact
You will administer and govern the IT portfolio for a Foundation domain, balancing investment across operations, maintenance/technical debt and new development within budget. With strong financial control, clear visibility of performance and value, and rigorous stakeholder engagement across Arla, you will keep the portfolio aligned to priorities and compliant with governance standards.
Maintain portfolio investment plans and roadmaps aligned with priorities and delivery calendars.

Govern portfolio financials: funding requests, forecasting and tracking in Capex Insights, variance analysis and reporting.

Monitor performance/value KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs); coordinate with product teams to address gaps and drive improvements.

Run governance cadences (business reviews, risk/issue forums); prepare concise packs with insights, recommendations and required decisions.
