IT Platform/Infrastructure Engineer Specialist II

Mission

Design, implement and support robust endpoint and infrastructure solutions aligned with business needs, ensuring reliable and scalable operations through automation, monitoring and continuous improvement. Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality services, drive incident resolution and optimize Azure and endpoint environments, while contributing to innovation initiatives and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Azure, Windows 11, MS365 and endpoint environments
• Manage incidents, requests and changes across Azure Virtual Desktop and VDI services
• Support mobile device management (iOS, Android, Windows) via SOTI MobiControl
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MS Teams, applications and infrastructure
• Collaborate with Front Line IT, business teams and application owners
