IT Operations Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead day-to-day ICT operations across our dealership network.

This role is responsible for delivering secure, reliable, and efficient IT services that support business performance and provide an excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage on-site and cloud infrastructure, networking, telephony, Wi-Fi, and mobile fleet environments

-Oversee system patching, monitoring, backups, endpoint security, and Intune/MDM platforms

-Lead the IT Helpdesk function (internal team and external MSP), managing SLAs, escalations, and service quality

-Drive incident and problem management processes aligned to ITIL, including major incident response
