IT Operations Manager

Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for demonstrable experience of managing IT operations, service delivery and cyber security in a small-to-medium organisation.
• We need strong practical knowledge of Microsoft infrastructures.
• We require experience of managing outsourced service desk and technology partners.
• We are looking for excellent planning, prioritisation and communication skills.
• We need the ability to translate technical issues and concepts into clear updates for non-technical colleagues and senior stakeholders.
• We require strong incident management and problem‑solving skills, including root‑cause analysis.
• This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week.
