About the Role

We're looking for an IT Operations & Systems Administrator to manage and optimize Codup's internal IT ecosystem. This role focuses on SaaS tools administration, asset management, office network stability, and smart automation using AI.

This is not a pure helpdesk role and not a hardcore DevOps position. We want someone who can own systems, prevent recurring issues, and improve how work gets done internally.

What You'll Do

System & SaaS Administration

• Manage internal tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, Bitbucket, and related platforms
• Handle user onboarding, access updates, and offboarding
• Maintain clean and secure access control across systems
• Support evaluation and rollout of new tools across the organization
