Job Description
The mission is to provide continuous, high quality IT services across all areas of the location including, but not limited to: Administration, Manufacturing, Shop Floor, Labs, Warehouses, Logistics and Security on a 24x7 basis.
As IT Operation and Infrastructure Manager is responsible for the Continental IT Services Management, IT Infrastructure, Distribution systems, Data Center, Server, Storage, Voice system, Backups system, Network and Cybersecurity for the plant in accordance to Continental Tire standards.
Provide technical leadership in the management and administration of IT Infrastructure in the plant.
Plans, manages, and executes project and project tasks assigned. 
Ensures consistent and clear communication to key stakeholders
Prepares, reviews, and manages the budget and forecast of the IT cost center(s)
Prepares and manages IT capital spending plan in support of global systems implementations...
