Role Overview

The IT Officer is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all IT-related activities at the facility managed by RIZ Consulting. This includes managing and maintaining the data server (where applicable), providing IT support to various stakeholders present at the facility, handling IT-related inventory and supplies, and supporting large-scale video conferencing and meetings. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of IT service delivery in line with customer service standards and our organisation's established policies and procedures.
