IT Officer

· Installing, maintaining and repairing hardware & software components of the organization's computers.

· Supporting these systems through remote access or site visits as needed by management teams within their company.

· Troubleshooting software, hardware and other IT equipment issues.

· Securing computer networks by performing periodic upgrades to firewalls.

· Maintaining technical documentation.

· Conducting performance checks for newly installed software or hardware.

· Assisting call-ins or live chat with technical difficulties.

· Monitoring clicks, links, usability and overall status of the company webpage, landing pages and supporting pages.

· Assisting customers and staff with hardware and software challenges.

Minimum Qualifications:

· 2 years work experience as an IT Technician or relevant position

· Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
