Role Purpose

• The job holder will be required to maintain, upgrade and manage the organisation’s software, hardware and networks to ensure that the institution’s IT system is secured and functional at all times

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Install and configure software and hardware operating systems and applications

• Maintain and upgrade the union’s software, hardware and networks

• Manage servers and technology tools

• Diagnose and resolve IT problems

• Support the roll-out of new applications

• Respond rapidly yo branch call-outs on IT issues

• Conduct annual computer audit for the union
