Job Description

Location:

Saudi Arabia
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

2–4 years of hands-on experience in configuring, deploying, and managing enterprise monitoring tools.

Monthly Salary Package:

15,000 – 17,000 SAR

Qualifications & Skills:

2–4 years of experience managing and configuring the following tools (required): AppDynamics Microsoft SCOM Microfocus NNMi Intermapper Microfocus APM Cisco Nexus Dashboard Cisco ThousandEyes DCIM and NetEco systems 

 Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, applications, databases). 

 Experience configuring monitoring thresholds, alerts, dashboards, and custom notifications.
