IT Manager

Imperial Construction Position Summary Imperial Construction is seeking an IT Manager to support and improve the technology systems that keep our office and field teams connected, productive, and secure.

This role is responsible for day-to-day IT operations, user support, business systems coordination, and practical technology improvements that support project execution and company growth.

This is a hands-on role that works closely with operations leadership, project teams, HR, risk management, and our Managed Service Provider (MSP).

The right candidate will be comfortable troubleshooting daily issues while also helping improve workflows, standardize systems, and support long-term technology planning.
