  Summary 
  The IT Manager manages multiple IT teams and is responsible for the implementation, management, optimization, and support of applications, systems, infrastructure, and/or development responsibilities for the organization. The IT Manager role provides oversight & guidance of team(s), assigns resources to complete projects, ensures timely resolution of escalated support requests, and responsible for the evaluation and development of staff.
