IT Manager

At Randstad Digital, we are looking for an IT Manager - Advanced English to join a leading edge energy innovation firm operating across the US, UK, and Argentina.

Employment Type: Permanent

Work Model: Full time, Hybrid (4 days on site, 1 day remote). The role will require full time on site presence during the initial onboarding period.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor and develop a small team of IT engineers and administrators supporting multi‑site, multi country operations. Own the design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise infrastructure (networking, cloud services, identity management, endpoint management, and collaboration platforms). Establish operational SLAs/KPIs and manage the IT budget and vendor relationships.
