IT Manager or Lead (Onsite)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to oversee and manage enterprise IT infrastructure. This role requires deep expertise in networking (Cisco Meraki), virtualization (VMware ESXi), and Windows Server environments. The ideal candidate will lead infrastructure ensuring system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure systems

+ Manage and support Cisco Meraki networking (switches, firewalls, wireless)

+ Administer and optimize VMware ESXi environments, including VM provisioning, performance tuning, and high availability

+ Oversee Windows Server infrastructure (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)

+ Partner with engineering teams to support onboarding, configuration, and connectivity of equipment to the network, ensuring performance, security, and compliance requirements are met
