Job Description
**Responsibilities**
- Administer and maintain internal databases and digital tools
- Build automations and integrations to streamline operations across departments
- Support internal teams with Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk needs
- Maintain and deploy updates for internal tools and websites
- Write and maintain documentation for processes, systems, and troubleshooting
- Set up and manage analytics, SEO tools.
**Required Qualifications**
- Experience in IT systems, technical support, or development roles
- Proficiency in coding (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or equivalent scripting languages)
- Experience with systems automation and troubleshooting
- **Strong communication skills and comfort working in cross-functional remote teams**:
