Responsibilities
+ Lead the IT department including help desk, system administrators, and network staff
+ Oversee infrastructure operations including servers, storage, network, and cloud systems
+ Define IT strategy, roadmap, and improvement initiatives aligned with business goals
+ Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, hardware procurement, and licensing
+ Develop and implement IT policies, standards, procedures, and security controls
