Responsibilities
Building & Leading the MIS & Application team in high performers by coaches, counsels, and disciplines, and challenging them with attractive goals.
Manage all IT development and reporting data by communicating expectations, planning the work in progress, eliminating obstacles, and overseeing the progress of tasks on team members.
Provide consultation to the business department for designing lean and effective IT solutions. Forecasting cost, time, and resource utilization to foresee the feasibility to execute the project.
Preparing an IT project, and budget, scheduling expenditures, and contracts, and coordinating with global teams, and vendors.
