Aligned with the Global Team, you will be responsible for bringing to life the Spanish IT strategy and support its growth, working cross functional with all our offices at Barcelona, Madrid, Granada, Alava, Galicia, Asturias and Castellón, with currently +300 employees at a high-speed growth.
This role will be based in our Barcelona office, with a hybrid model of three remote workdays per week.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Define and execute the company’s IT strategy aligned with business goals.
Manage and coordination the IT team, providing guidance and motivation.
Assign tasks, set objectives, and follow up of projects and operations.
