Job Description

Manage and support IT infrastructure, systems, services, staff, and vendors of STAAR Surgical AG which includes Swiss and International users. Ensure IT infrastructure and systems operate optimally with minimal downtime and unplanned outages. Perform validations for infrastructure and systems as applicable. Stay informed on current and new technologies to support the company and to propose new technologies for improving security, reducing costs, increasing system performance, reducing compliance risks, maintaining compliance, etc. Provide hands‑on technical support and system administration including non‑business hours as needed for weekend and 2nd shift production.
