IT Management Assistant/PMO - 3+ months - Germany - Start ASAP

For our international client, we are looking for an experienced IT Management Assistant/PMO.
Your main task is to support Department Managers in the IT space in the organisation of meetings and workshops, preparation of presentations and documentation of status updates and action points.

Experience in the IT space is preferred.

Fluency in English is essential.

Tasks:
* Act as IT Management Assistant/PMO
* Organise meetings and workshops
* Prepare presentations for meetings (Power point)
* Meeting documentation
* Document and monitor status updates and action points

Requirements:
* Long term experience as IT Management Assistant/PMO
* Experience in supporting IT departments/ IT Management
* Experience with MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Teams)
* Fluency in English
