We are looking for a proactive IT Lead based in Malaysia to manage our expanding F&B and retail store operations. This is a unique role that blends strategic team leadership with hands‑on infrastructure deployment for exciting New Store Opening (NSO) projects. Solid hands‑on knowledge of retail tech stacks (POS, kiosks, network security, and infrastructure deployment) .

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Degree in IT preferably with at least 5 years of experience in IT operations/infrastructure support experience in multi-retail store experience across Malaysia.
• Proven experience leading teams, especially for New Store Opening (NSO) projects.
