Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Lead to own and oversee the company’s full technology environment. This is a senior, hands‑on role responsible for infrastructure stability, security, system performance, vendor coordination, and critical issue resolution.

Core Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Network

• Oversee the company’s IT infrastructure and network stability.
• Coordinate with Lanworks on firewall, servers, and infrastructure issues.
• Ensure system security, uptime, and performance.

Server & Systems

• Serve as Domain Controller Administrator.
• Manage File Server, Database Server, and Remote Desktop environment.
• Maintain virtual server environment and system availability.

Microsoft 365 & Collaboration

• Administer Microsoft 365 users, licenses, and SharePoint.
• Coordinate licensing with IT Weapons Inc.
