Job Description

Emerson Enterprise IT offers a standard, centrally managed LAN & Telephony environment to Emerson locations that opt to participate in the service. This associated operational role is key within Emerson IT Infrastructure, supporting, deploying and expanding the LAN & Telephony strategy, with the following main operational responsibilities in an ITIL-inspired organization
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Management of an enterprise LAN, Wireless LAN, Telephony services and associated equipment
Ensuring optimal use and maximizing efficiency of LAN & Wireless LAN equipment installed at sites, as well as telephony services, as defined in the service design and according to the agreed SLA
Working closely with the design team and transition team to ensure all operational aspects are included in created solutions, while maintaining continuous service improvement
