IT Intern – End User Services / Asset & Device Operations
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable IT Intern to support day-to-day operations within our End User Services and Asset Management team. This is an entry-level, hands-on role focused on device logistics, lifecycle management, and basic systems administration tasks.
This role will work closely with Tier 2 IT support staff and provides the opportunity to gain exposure to real-world IT troubleshooting and enterprise systems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Device Shipping & Receiving
- Receive incoming IT equipment and verify shipments against packing slips
- Apply asset tags and maintain accurate inventory records in ServiceNow
- Prepare and ship equipment to employees using standard shipping processes
- Track devices through the full lifecycle from receiving to deployment
