We are seeking an entry-level IT Intern to join our People, Systems & Information department at 2 Roads! The Intern will provide high-quality technical support while maintaining the integrity of the organization’s digital infrastructure. This position is based in Germiston and will focus on first-level user support, hardware maintenance, and the administration of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (including Exchange, Share Point, and One Drive).
Key Responsibilities User Support & Troubleshooting: Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues (e.g., password resets, printer issues, basic application assistance). Document and track all support requests and resolutions in the help desk system. Assist in setting up and configuring new employee workstations and equipment.
