BigBear.ai is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to provide support for an existing Operations Center managing a suite of Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems. In this role, you will monitor ICAM systems and provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, assisting customers with integration and troubleshooting issues related to Enterprise and IC Attribute and Authorization services. You will work in a dynamic environment, leveraging your analytical skills to resolve complex technical issues and ensure the smooth operation of critical IT infrastructure.

+ Monitor and maintain critical IT infrastructure systems, including servers, storage, and network components.

+ Provide Tier 2 support for ICAM systems in a 24x7 Operations Center environment.
