• Maintenance of IT Infrastructure like Windows Servers, ADS, DNS,DHCP, Desktop, Laptop, MAC Support, Hardware & Networking, Firewall,Anti-virus,O365 Mail, VMware, VC etc
• File Server Backup (User Data Backup, Mail Backup from Synology automatic Storage backup.
• ESET Anti-Virus Server, Sonic wall Firewall, Networking Switches, VC, VOIP.
• Troubleshooting of All Users Desktop, Laptop, O365 Mail related and Printers etc
• Hardware & Networking Switches, RAID concept, Wi-Fi Device etc
• Monitoring CCTV Cameras.
• Maintaining IT Product equipment s, Licenses details, IT Asset details.
• O365 Outlook Mail configurations, troubleshooting, Checking SPAM, Quarantine Mails etc
• Troubleshooting of Microsoft O365 Mail, Desktops, Laptop, Networking & Firewall etc<...
