We're looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Security Manager to join our office-based IT team. This contract role lasts 3‑6 months with 40 hours per week and will be performed full time at our Poole office.

Responsibilities

• Operate day‑to‑day running, maintenance and support of the company's core infrastructure, networks, telephony, and server environments.
• Act as the technical lead for resolving complex issues, managing incidents, maintaining system performance, and ensuring secure, stable operations across on‑prem and cloud services.
• Configure, troubleshoot, patch, monitor and upgrade systems, providing daily workload leadership to the IT Systems Administrator.
