We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Operations Manager with 15+ years in IT to lead system administration and infrastructure operations teams. The role is responsible for ensuring 99.9% uptime, managing incidents, changes, service requests, and maintaining enterprise IT systems aligned with business and SLA requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in Windows & Linux administration
• Expertise in virtualization, enterprise storage, backup, and monitoring systems
• Knowledge of network devices (switches, routers, firewalls)
• Experience with ITIL processes, audits (ISMS), and vendor management
• Proven team leadership in global, multi-time-zone environments
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science (ITIL certification preferred)
