Job Description
Pre-requisition
- Diploma or Degreein Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering or related fields.
- 1-3years relevant working experience
- Knowledge of Servers, operating system concepts, storage and backup fundamentals, and virtualization would be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts would be an advantage.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, backup solutions, and supporting infrastructure.
- Support daily infrastructure operations, monitoring, and health checks.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for server, virtualization, operating system, storage, and backup-related issues.
- Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers or vendors where required.
- Assist in infrastructure deployment, migration, and upgrade activities.
