Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal an external customers seeking technical assistance; contact can be made by phone or ticket submission via email
- Diagnose and investigate techniques to determine the root cause of the customer issue and find the best solution
- Troubleshoot technical issues in person, via phone, or by remote screen-sharing session
- Escalate ticket issues to another technician or the Help Desk Manager
