Job Description

We are looking for IT talent with a B2 English level! A leading company in the BPO sector is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Analyst oriented toward providing technical support and solutions to users in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Job Conditions

  • Location / Modality: 100% On-site – Bogotá (Conecta 80).
  • Contract Type: Permanent / Indefinite term contract.
  • Salary: $2,850,000 COP base salary + up to $200,000 COP in performance-based commissions.
  • Training: 2 fully paid days.
  • Schedule / Shifts:

  • Full-time availability from Monday to Sunday.
  • Morning window shifts (finishing at 5:30 PM max).
  • 2 days off per week (rotating/not fixed).
  • Main Functions

  • Provide tier-1 IT technical support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software incidents.
  • Manage ticketing queues, log details, and ensure proper follow-up on cases.
