Overview
As part of the Technical Helpdesk Team, you will provide in-house Helpdesk and Technical support to end users. You will also be involved in the installation, cabling and set-up of workstations, PCs and printers.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-house helpdesk and technical support to end users and vessel IT
- Support and resolve in-house end users and IT technical issues
- Assist in the installation, cabling and setting up of workstations, PCs, and printers
- Perform software updates
- Microsoft 365 Admin duties
- Attend to ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
